Eric Hoffman; Partner
Eric has extensive experience in business. As a lifelong entrepreneur he has an uncanny ability to be clear and execute. H.R., accounting, payroll, contracts, and operational handbooks/guidelines are second nature to Eric. As with all of our team he believes that honest relationships are the backbone to progress and innovation. Since the formation of NorCal Biomass, Eric has been the master mind behind shaping our business structure, contracts, and timelines.
Lani Bangay; Partner
Lani brings an excellent blend of a varied background. Decades of training and thousands of emergency responses has honed Lani’s capacity to problem solve, learn, and lead. Lani has also owned/operated multiple family owned businesses in Northern California for 9 years. Lani fits the role as the “boots on the ground” to coordinate efforts/resources and get the job done. Glenn McColpin; Surgitech
Glen (CEO of Surgitech) is the manufacturing genius that has built our prototype/pilot plant. Surgitech has been retained to also build the first commercial plant for NorCal Biomass. Glenn is working closely with design engineers to fine tune NorCal Biomass’s state of the art wood chip-to-renewable diesel plant for efficient, consistent, long lasting production.
